Orders to the European Union
Please note that customers based in the EU may be charged additional in-country import duties on items being sent from the UK. By placing an order you confirm and agree that you are responsible for paying any additional charges that may be incurred.
Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the next working day.
UK
We offer UK delivery through Royal Mail, Royal Mail Signed For, and Royal Mail Tracked with Signature, which usually arrives two working days after despatch.
International
International orders are sent by Royal Mail, which takes 7–14 working days, depending on destination. Please note that TBIB cannot be held responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays in processing once your order arrives in-country.
Out of stock items
In the rare event of us not stocking your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchases from The Boy Is Beautiful Magazine but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returns.
